What is a Seer?
At it's weekest carnation and definition a Seer is someone who can see the things that other people can't see. This is not because he has a special or unique brain upgrade or superpower but simply is someone whose mind is awake and can see things (like truths, deeds, preferences and abilities present in others) most people cannot.
Does this one have Real power?
Study. Study. Study. Anyone can find patterns within the confines of things unseen (or those thought to be private) as far as real components of reality are concerned. They are apparent in Dream study, Psychic study, things deemed fringe or Paranormal that validate viable theories, hunches, religious expectations or individual findings.

The more you know, the more you can see. As long as you don't diminish the savor packed within your soul by participating in soul damaging practices (like cheating on your significant other or creating some other kind of hurt to yourself or another) then you can maintain your own personal level of brilliance. If you can't understand how I know what I know then you need to be studingy how I can know so much about people I have never met. The astral plane functions like a game of intellect.

The intellectual faculties of the human mind have a component within it designed much like a radio and television combination but what you see and experience (like on the astral plane or during a dream) is often encrypted in symbolism. Break through that barrier and you'll find yourself staring at a much higher understanding of the human intellect. No one can do what I can do after 1 day but in short if you can read dreams like a book, incept dreams at will, understand how the astral plane works and how your subconscious mind represents you there while you're awake or asleep then you'll be a lot more confident about my claims.
