How did I do it? Discerning of Spirits explained.
How did I figure out who was who that had reincarnated? How do you know I’m making the right conclusions about each person?
It’s simple. If you're a beginner at discerning spirits then suspend your belief that a living person I suggest is someone I’ve named a past life for. Toss that belief out so you can approach my claim with pure skepticism.
The easiest way to confirm a former life belongs to a suggested person is to look at their picture and feel if the quantum light of the dead spirit is 'inside' or flowing from the new incarnation. If you look at their picture and see the same light then the answer is yes--it was the same incarnation.
If that explanation isn't good enough then here are a few techniques you can use:
#1 Retire to a place you can sit down or lay down. Calm your mind down to a point of complete relaxation, like you are meditating—or just meditate while you use this technique. Project the identity of the spirit in question to the supposed new incarnation. When you project their energy into the correct vessal the energy flows right into the individual like water into a bottle. If it's not the right individual your energy will not be able to penetrate their vessal like a bottle with its lid sealed shut. Your projection won't fit into the wrong person. Practice with an incarnation you know is an older incarnation and get a feel for recognizing when the incarnation fits then project the energy of the dead spirit into the wrong vessal and feel the difference.
When I did this to Daniel(from Daniel and the Lion's Den) I got Edi Gathegi. Before I did this to Daniel I did it to Jimi Hendrix and I got Edi Gathegi. Had I not seen the X-men: First class movie I would not have known who he was.
If you are meditating you can often just ask God or focus your intention to know if someone who was dead had reincarnated. For me I usually get an image of the live person(in my inner sight). If you have seen the live person then you can compare the energy of the old and the new.
Technique # 2: Think of the quantum energy a spirit produces as light. Think of a dead person's spirit and their new incarnation. Does that 'Quantum spirit light' originate within the same body? If you can feel it's origin is within that new person then they are the same person(same mind, different body). If you project Marilyn Monroe's 'quantum light' energy into Scarlett Johansson you will feel that light reflect off of Scarlett back to you. When I do this to Scarlett her figure seems almost to pop out of her picture like a 3D movie, helping me to confirm they are not one and the same. So feel the Quantum light from the old spirit and put it in the new real incarnation and it fits. Put that light in a spirit that it doesn't belong to and it reflects off of it. When you do this technique you must continually pump the quantum light of the original spirit at the suggested new incarnation for the truth of it to be discernable. Learn to discern the difference and it will become obvious to you who is who.

Technique # 3
Focus on a life that I've suggested that is an old life of a living person. Project 'truth' energy that you generate from your mind and spirit towards the new person in question. Keep projecting it at the new person(works well if you project it at their picture) and then ask yourself if the old incarnation is 'inside' them. Keep projecting it and you should feel they are the same mind(or spirit). If you project truth energy at a picture of someone who did not have the previous incarnation in question(like Scarlett) you will likely feel that the energies are different. Project Marilyn's energy at Kate Upton and it will go right into Kate. Project Marilyn's energy into Scarlett and you will feel there is a barrier and that barrier is a barrier you'll always hit when 2 spirits aren't the same. That is an easy way to know how to draw the distinction between spirits.
Technique # 4
Picture the spirit of the person you're trying to discern if they are alive in a new body. Picture yourself using great strength and ripping open the chest of the dead person. Right after you open the chest push the new person's energy into that spirit. If it fits then you're realize their energy is interchangable. If it's not the same person then the energy doesn't fit and gets deflected. If you were to try to force the false new person's energy into the deceased spirits chest you will meet great resistance and your head will start to hurt if you try hard to push the energy in.

Try this technique on Porter Rockwell with Mark Sologub's energy. Picture Porter Rockwell's Spirit and the light it emits. Push Mark Sologubs energy into Porter's spirit. Now push Grizzly Adam's energy into Porter. Now push the unamed guy's energy into Portor and then you tell me who you feel was Porter.
